1.0 Technical Characteristics

Segui il tuo Istinto is a wall covering made from lime seasoned for at least six months and finely filtered. It is easy to apply, has excellent filling properties, and is naturally resistant to mold and bacteria.

Note: Advanced Spirito Libero recommends that all lime-based natural materials be applied only by highly skilled or licensed tradespeople with extensive experience in this field. The responsibility lies with the applicator to understand the method and procedure to achieve satisfactory results. Architects, builders, and clients should ensure that experienced applicators handle these materials to achieve the same finish as the sample shown. Following the Australian Building Code, we do not recommend installing this product inside shower areas.

2.0 Use

Segui il tuo Istinto is suitable for decorating indoor wall surfaces.

3.0 Preparing the Surface

Proper primer preparation is vital to the success of the coating. It is advisable to use Primus Naturale Spatula Stuhhi.

4.0 Application Method

Segui il tuo Istinto is ready to use. To blend the color, agitate the white base, then mix in the specified amount of coloring agent as per the catalog. Mix until the shade is completely even. Allow the colored product to rest for at least 12 hours before application.

• Primus: Apply Primus Naturale with a roller.
• First Coat: Apply one coat of the product with a trowel in an abundant quantity.

Pietra Spaccata: To achieve this effect, use our synthetic tool to create marble-like veins.

Apply the desired finish (see section on Finishes).

5.0 Finish

• Cera del Vecchio: Mix the product for a couple of minutes before use. Allow the treated surface to dry for at least 48 hours. Apply the wax using a cloth over approximately ½ m² at a time and remove any excess with a soft cloth. After about 10 minutes, polish with a clean microfiber, cotton, or linen cloth.
• White Paint: Apply with a sponge on Segui il tuo Istinto, which must have dried for at least 48 hours.
• Vetro: Protective water-based finish. Apply a first coat of Vetro diluted 90% with water over two coats of Spirito Libero. Apply a second coat undiluted.

6.0 Technical Characteristics: Application

• Dilution/Mixing: Ready to use
• Consumption: 2 Kg/m² in one coat
• Tools for Application: Steel spatula
• Primer: Primus Naturale Spatula Stuhhi
• Protective Coating: Cera del Vecchio or Vetro
• Application Temperature: The ambient temperature must be at least +5°C. Do not apply on hot surfaces or those exposed to sunlight.
• Drying Time: The wall will be completely dry after 28 days.

7.0 Technical Characteristics: The Product

• Composition: 6-month matured slaked lime putty, marble powders, water
• Specific Weight: 1.56 +/- 0.05 Kg/l
• pH After 30 Days: 12.5 +/- 0.2
• Fire Reaction: Class A1 (according to American and German tests)
• Storage Temperature: Keep sealed in a suitable environment at a temperature between +5°C and +30°C. Avoid extreme cold.
• EU VOC Limit Values:
• Available Colors: As per the catalog
• Pot Sizes: 24 kg, 8 kg

Warnings:

• Skin Contact: Immediately remove contaminated clothing and wash with plenty of soap and water.
• Eye Contact: Rinse immediately with plenty of running water for at least 10 minutes. Seek medical advice if necessary. Avoid using eye drops or ointments unless prescribed.
• If Swallowed: Seek medical advice immediately and bring the product technical or safety data sheet.

8.0 Toxicological Data

This product requires Xi labeling (irritating to the eyes and skin).
